If you have active subscriptions at https://dashboard.stripe.com/subscriptions and you have not canceled the subscriptions at Invoicing > Subscriptions, then they should work.

Another question: there are Parent/Child invoices for recurring payments. Why? This may be confusiong because people could think they paid twice.

Do you mean, they are sent? Or where can the customer see them?
Can you give an example please, and admin login details so we can check.
I cannot replicate that on my test site.
    Thanks

As far as I know that is not possible, but I will get the developers to confirm.

Thanks for letting us know you changed the account level.

You are only using Stripe testing mode.
Please let us know if the problem persists if you are using live invoices.

    Thanks

An invoice must have an email address or it cannot be sent.
Hackers do know where to find your login page without that email too, and a login page will not allow them to do anything to your site.

But if you want your customers to be able to pay without logging in, then have a look at this setting:
Invoicing > Settings > Misc tab > Require Login To Checkout > Leave empty.

    Thanks

You have to make sure you delete data before deleting the CPT.
You will have to delete in the database, but if you are not sure how, it will be safer to leave it.
    Thanks

They are GD packages. Did you have another GD CPT that you deleted?
