    When I create a new invoice it sends the customer an invoice with a watermarked “Paid”, and I do send the invoice as “pending payment”. Please help, time-sensitive!

    Thanks for letting us know you changed the account level.

    You are only using Stripe testing mode.
    Please let us know if the problem persists if you are using live invoices.

    I’m sorry, I’m confused. My issue was when I generate an invoice it is marked as paid. Is that happen because I’m in test mode?

    I just checked your site and it seems like the ‘admin_body_class’ filter is not called on the Invoice add/edit pages. As a result, Invoicing is unable to hide the default WordPress publish metabox which causes WordPress to mark new items as published.

    This is not a bug with Invoicing. It is probably a conflict with another plugin. Try disabling each plugin one-by-one to figure out which one is causing the issue.

    I just wanted to let you know that it was this template Alante Pro Version: 1.9.14 causing my issue. After using a different template everything is working fine.

    Glad to hear that it worked for you. I’ll try to troubleshoot with the theme and see if we can come up with a fix.
