The listings on a recurring payment plan will not engage the expiry process and be set to draft mode unless the customer cancels plan at Paypal. This is by design.

I can see on your site that the instructions are presented on the confirmation page but are not included in the email.
I will inquire as to a fix to ensure that payment gateway instructions are included in the email.

It doesn’t seem like this form as anything in particular to do with GD or Invoicing. That being the case, we will look into how providing you with a function to dequeue the Invoicing scripts.

I can’t login to WP, still, or get a directory listing on FTP.
Please send a screenshot/cast of the issue. It sounds like ‘click a button and the page scrolls’.

About support: We attempt to provide advanced diagnosis as part of our support in the forums, but we prefer, of course, that customers feel comfortable with their site security. One note: Be absolutely certain you are using a separate browser. Paypal detects your past visits and will display the login/create dialogue unless you are a ‘fresh’ visitor.
