I created a new invoice and selected it as a Renewal Invoice as this is the 2nd invoice after my client created a recurring payment via Paypal subscriptions last month.
However, when I try to view the invoice in WP-Admin the page just loads for about 30 seconds and then seems to stop loading and gives just a blank page.
All older invoices open fine, but this invoice will not open to view or edit it.
I viewed the invoice as the client from the email link sent out, and that works however it says the invoice is PAID, but no transaction has been made.
Can’t figure out what’s happening as I can’t a the invoice information.
Any help much appreciated.
We can take a look at your site to see the issue with the screen not loading. Please make a private reply with your WP Admin credentials, along with a link or information about the invoice in question.
