We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.
WPForms support says the Invoicing plugin conflicts with theirs.
See attached support conversation.
Can you fix it?
Please post your URL and WP admin details and FTP details in a private reply so we can check things out.
Please let us know steps how to replicate problem from our side.
It will be helpful for us if you provide screen captures or video captures.
If there is an issue, we will need FTP to complete the diagnosis. Please reply with FTP access.
That link is not accessible and the login credentials are not correct; please check the credentials again.
I tried in small screen but can replicate any problem. Please can you provide video/screen capture that explains problem.
So, which one is it? Login not working or can’t replicate?
Browser needs to be around 690p high, too much smaller or bigger and the problem doesn’t happen
I can’t login to WP, still, or get a directory listing on FTP.
Please send a screenshot/cast of the issue. It sounds like ‘click a button and the page scrolls’.
If you can’t get a directory listing in FTP, make sure you’re using “FTP over TLS”
I’ve reset the password to the account (to the one above) and have successfully logged in
OK! I viewed the form at 690 and I see it scrolls down.
What does this have to do with WP Invoicing?
See attached PDF in my first post
It doesn’t seem like this form as anything in particular to do with GD or Invoicing. That being the case, we will look into how providing you with a function to dequeue the Invoicing scripts.
We have one for GD, and it will be similar: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/common-code-snippets/#remove-gd-scripts
Thank you for your patience while we look into it
