There does not seems to be anything wrong with your settings from looking at your screenshots.
Can you please add your URL and WP admin details in a private reply so we can check. Thanks
This reply has been marked as private.A developer will have a look after the weekend.
Please post your URL, WP admin and FTP access details in a private reply.
ThanksWe have set up individual CPT’s and we have one that encompasses all of our CPT’s into one.
That does not make sense to me, you cannot have CPTs that are “children” of another CPT.
Have a look at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/places-categories-and-listings/
That article is for V1 but that is the same for V2.If you want us to look at anything, post at the GD forum, with sufficient details.
Thanks
GeoDirectory, WPinvoicing and UsersWP are all AyeCode plugins, and support is provided by all AyeCode staff for all the AyeCode plugins and themes.
Paytrace Solution can possibly be integrated too with WPinvoicing. I’ll get a developer to have a look and let you know.
Thanks
Here is the link: https://wpinvoicing.com/refund-policy/
Is that what you mean?
January 16, 2020 at 10:44 am in reply to: Renewal payments are not changing GeoDirectory expiration dates #3941This is a bug in the GD Pricing Manager.
We are working on a fix.
ThanksJanuary 15, 2020 at 10:13 pm in reply to: Renewal payments are not changing GeoDirectory expiration dates #3935Are you sure that is an admin account?
I cannot access the admin area.January 15, 2020 at 1:20 pm in reply to: Renewal payments are not changing GeoDirectory expiration dates #3928Are you talking about renewal payment for recurring GD packages? Because auto-renewing listings never should have an expiry date.
Or do you mean renewal payments for listings with a set period? Please post URL and WP admin details in a private reply, so we can have a look.
Add a link to one of the listings we should investigate too. Thanks
As far as I know, the answer would be yes for those questions.
We are a verified Stripe partner: https://stripe.com/partners/wp-invoicingI will get the developers to confirm too.
Thanks
The Oxygen page builder breaks the Invoice template.
When turning off Oxygen, it works fine.
ThanksThis reply has been marked as private. If we should check the settings please include WP Admin in a private reply:
tick the “Set as private reply (only visible to staff and the post author)” below the text field when replying here on the website. Thanks
I see, that is for the US because they use different taxes per state I think sometimes …
I’ll get a developer to have a look at your question if country and region can be set to not automatically populate on the checkout page. Thanks
First, this is not correct: All the listing pre-designed fields can NOT be set to non-active. And they can Not be excluded from the GD price packages.
Predesigned fields: Import from social, Title, Description, Address..etc.- cant be removed or excluded and we do not need them with simple banner request add.You are correct, not ALL default fields can be set to non-active.
“Import from Social” can be set to non-active by de-activating the plugin or at
GD > Settings > Social Importer tab > Enable post type for Post To Facebook > Remove any CPT you do not want there.Address can be set to non-active by going to
Places > Settings > General tab > Show Advanced > Disable physical location? > YESSecond! Very important! I do not need pending listings without payment. Simple, you go any website, can’t submit anything until insert credit card information.
That may be how it looks on the frontend, but the database will be collecting the steps of the submission, just like it does in WordPress. You do NOT have to set “pending review” listings to “published”. There is no other way to make it work.
And third, when i asked the question about invoicing subscription for the plugin, you told me contact wpinvoicing about that. I knew it that you’re same people associated with this addon, but why would you trying to confuse?..
I am not sure where I said to contact WPinvoicing, but it makes more sense that Invoicing questions are answered at Invoicing Support, and GeoDirectory questions are answered at GeoDirectory Support. For example, all the questions about custom fields and submission are really GeoDirectory questions, but there is no problem answering them here for you.
Thanks
