Renewal payments are not changing GeoDirectory expiration dates

    I’ve been using GeoDirectory+WPInvoicing for a business listing site, SupportRuggers.com for about 6 months now – plugins have been kept up-to-date the whole time.

    Since day one we’ve noticed that renewal payments do not automatically change the expiration date of the associated listing. We have to log in and manually change the expiration date whenever there is a renewal payment. If we forget, or don’t get there fast enough, the user receives an expiration notice, even though they have already paid for the renewal. Even stranger, the listing remains live on the site, even though it is marked as expired on the backend and the expiration notice email is sent out.

    Something seems very wrong here. Please help!

    Are you talking about renewal payment for recurring GD packages? Because auto-renewing listings never should have an expiry date.
    Or do you mean renewal payments for listings with a set period?

    Please post URL and WP admin details in a private reply, so we can have a look.
    Add a link to one of the listings we should investigate too.

    Are you sure that is an admin account?

    This is a bug in the GD Pricing Manager.
    We are working on a fix.
