All current emails (not anything that will be added in the next version) are translated at
Invoicing > Settings > Emails tab > and select any email there.Or use the usual translation process: https://wpinvoicing.com/docs/translate-main-plugin/

A once off invoice should be able to be paid with a credit card using PayPal.Sometimes you also get that if your browser remembers you have a PayPal account, so try an incognito window or another browser or delete your cookies.

With the bank transfer method, you need to manually set the invoice to paid when you receive payment.
There is no possibility for your website to connect to your bank.
