    That means they are GD Price Packages. You will need to delete them in the GD settings.

    WPInvoicing is much lighter weight on your server.
    And much better integration with our own products, like GeoDirectory and UsersWP.
    And better support of course, but you know that already 🙂

    I guess you mean the PayPal gateway?

    Yes, it can be activated on each sub-site separately, and you only need one license.

    PayPal does recurring payments with a PayPal account, credit card is not required.
    GoCardLess does recurring too, using bank transfers.

    I have no idea about iDeal or SEPA, so will ask the developers if they know anything about those.

    You did not translate the PDF Invoicing plugin.
    I fixed it and the language file is at
    /wp-content/languages/plugins/wpinv-pdf-nl_NL.mo
