Go to your WP pages and add the content above and below the shortcode in your Invoice History page and your Quote History page.

WPinvoicing cannot be used to collect credit card details of your customers, but to collect payments from your customers using approved gateways like PayPal etc.
You can create order forms to manually process the order, but the payment will be automated through a payment gateway, or bank deposit etc.

The GD Checkout page is only if you do not take payments with Invoicing.
If you use Invoicing, the page it should use is the WPI Checkput page.

What is your setting at
Invoicing > Settings > General tab > General settings > Checkout Page?

And does the page linked there exist and is it active?

Have a look at Invoicing > Settings > Misc tab > Require Login To Checkout, and make sure that is unticked.
