Supreme Directory and Invoicing Plugin

    Hi Do you know of any issues with the GD Supreme Directory not playing well with the Invoicing Plugin? When we try to load the GD-Checkout page, it throws an error.

    I did deactivate the invoicing plugin, leaving the Payment Manager Plugin active, and switched to Paypal, the GD-checkout page did at least load. But upon clicking through to Paypal, it did not load the gateway to enter CC info, I got an error from Paypal.

    Hello,

    to provide checkout Invoicing plugin will need to be active.

    Can you say more about the issue you are seeing when the plugin is active?

    Have you disabled Paypal test mode in the gateway settings?

    Hi, I did. The GD-checkout page will only load if invoicing plugin is deactivated.

    Any idea what that could mean?

    That sounds very strange!

    We would be happy to take a look at your settings to see if we can find the problem.

    The GD Checkout page is only if you do not take payments with Invoicing.
    If you use Invoicing, the page it should use is the WPI Checkput page.

    What is your setting at
    Invoicing > Settings > General tab > General settings > Checkout Page?

    And does the page linked there exist and is it active?

    I only called it GD Checkout, the shortcode in the page body content is [wpinv_checkout].

    Hi Sam,

    make sure the page is selected as check out page in Invoicing > Settings > Page Settings.

    The shortcode alone is not enough.

    Let us know if that was it.

    Hi Sam,

    It seems the plugin installation was not proper and that is why gd checkout may creating problems. I have created a new page with wpi-checkout and assigned it as a checkout page from the invoicing settings and I can checkout from there successfully. Please test it from your side and let me know if it works for you or not.

    Hi,

    only free listings can be moderated. There is no way to hold a payment in “escrow” until the listing is reviewed.

    All payments are completed immediately and the listing goes live (it is unlikely that someone would pay to spam a directory).
