No the subscription is live. As explained previous I had to void the invoice in stripe which of course then voided in wordpress because the invoice was incorrect as the customer wanted to pay with another card and there was no way of changing that once the invoice had been generated.
I then created a new invoice, same subscription, in stripe and selected the pay via hosted page so that she could put in any card details she wanted and pay via the invoice. Sent that off via stripe however it did not make a corresponding copy in wordpress.
That is the one I wanted recreating. The subscription is fine its just that the invoice for it is not in wordpress.

This is really on the same subject so I have not opened a new thread so hope thats ok.
I had to void an invoice in stripe because it was incorrect payment type. It was a subscription, I then recreated a new one with the correct billing on (it was hosted page rather than auto card payment).
However this has not replicated to the website.
Could you please let me know how I can do this and also does this mean that anything created manually in stripe will not replicate on the website. In which case where should one do a manual invoice from paticularly as I had to change payment type in this case.

What about the api update in the stripe account – will that need to be done at the same time or before? and what implications are there in updating, is it a straight just adding the code or have other things got to be done?

Thank you for that – I will check the setup on Stripe.
How about getting the invoices into WordPress – I sent you the logs to recreate them – or let me know how I can do this so that the invoicing in WordPress is correct.

I still cannot see the invoices for the missing people (I sent you the logs for). Are you able to recreate these in wordpress or not as now outstanding for some time.
Also
How is the test going with the invoicing. I see that there are invoices on the test site although the actual therapies are showing overdue, presumably these are on renewal.
Have you received prompt emails re renewals for the tests you set up ie is it all going as it should.
On the live site I had a correct renewal going through (invoice in stripe and on website) and also it started to send out emails although I dont know if all emails were sent ie like the renewal prompt.
Be good to know the results from your side of things ie are all the correct emails going out etc.
