If all you want to do is add a new status called “Partially Paid”, you can register it using register_post_status then hook into the wpinv_statuses filter and add it.
Glad to hear that it worked for you. I’ll try to troubleshoot with the theme and see if we can come up with a fix.
At the moment, the addon will generate a quote and emails it to your customer. You can show a success message asking the customer to check their email for the quote.
I’ve added a task to make it possible to redirect to the quote/invoice page instead. I’ll update you here when it is done.
The silent post URL does not copy your transactions to Invoicing. This is where Authorize.NET notifies invoicing that a renewal payment was successfully processed. If you do not set it up, there is no way for Invoicing to know whether or not a transaction was successfully processed.
It will not affect your other stores unless you also sell subscriptions on those. In which case I’ll recommend that you set up a second Authorize.NET account for use with Invoicing.
At the moment, MD5 keys have been deprecated and you cannot generate a new one. Just leave the field blank and subscriptions will still function normally.
I just checked your site and it seems like the ‘admin_body_class’ filter is not called on the Invoice add/edit pages. As a result, Invoicing is unable to hide the default WordPress publish metabox which causes WordPress to mark new items as published.
This is not a bug with Invoicing. It is probably a conflict with another plugin. Try disabling each plugin one-by-one to figure out which one is causing the issue.

My GoCardless sandbox token works your website. I also tried disabling the test mode and your live key works.
There might be a problem with your sandbox account. Try creating a different sandbox account or contact GoCardless for more help with this issue.
I’ve set up a task for this to be included in the next version.

By default, access tokens are granted read-only access. Ensure that yours has read-write access.
Update to the latest version of the eWay addon. It should fix this specific issue.
