Subscriptions are contracts setup at the payment gateway like PayPal.
They need to be canceled there. ThanksHave you tried using PayPal? If PayPal subscriptions work, then that means it is your Stripe setup which is incorrect.
Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply if we need to check your settings.
