Invoices created before changing the order will not change.
Changing the order only applies to new invoices.

Both your monthly discount codes are set to be used only once by each user.

I changed both codes to be allowed more than once by the same user and all works fine now.

Recurring is automated, for example, if the customer cancels his subscription in PayPal or his credit card expires, then on the next renewal date, the listing will automatically be downgraded.

That is not possible for listings that are subject to manual payments, it cannot be automated.
