Try turning off test mode. Let us know. Thanks
The “Pay for Invoice” link on the Invoice should not go to a 503, but the /wpi-checkout/ page.
Ideally, I guess that link should not be there on an invoice that is to be paid with a bank transfer or the sending of a cheque.
If we need to investigate why your setup goes to a 503 page, post your WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look for you.
I will also get the developers to have a look at the question whether the “Pay for Invoice” link should be there and/or that link can be customized to go to a different URL than the /wpi-checkout/ page.
Thanks
Details please?
What package?
What is the affiliate rate set for that package?
Which listing?
Which invoice?
ThanksYour WP Invoicing WP Affiliate integration plugin is not active [Invoicing – AffiliateWP Integration].
If you activate that then you will have a new option at Affiliates > Settings to tick “Invoicing”, see also https://wpinvoicing.com/docs/affiliate-wp/I have activated the plugin and connected Invoicing and WP Affiliates.
You will need to add the referral rates to the GD packages at Invoicing > Items > Edit each package.
Thanks
Please post URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look what the problem is.
Also include full details of any referrals you know have been made. Thanks
Have a look at
Invoicing > Settings > Misc > MiscellaneousThanks
The simplest way to do that is to use the emails sent by GD on Listing submission etc.
The Mailchimp addon is for users, not posts.
You would need custom coding that adds a user to a new newsletter. But some of your users may have deleted their profile at MailChimp, and then it may not work anyway. Thanks
You can make the field not required at
Invoicing > Settings > Misc tab > Fields.Let us know if that solves the issue.
Thanks
Once installed, you will find the correct Stripe Webhook URL at
Invoicing > Payment Gateways > Stripe > Stripe Webhook URL
and should look likehttps://yoursite.com/index.php?wpi-listener=IPN&wpi-gateway=stripe
Thanks
If you are already using Stripe with V1, you should already be using WPinvoicing and the Stripe addon …
If you were using a very old version of the Stripe GD addon, you will have to change your webhook, yes.
Thanks
It will be done automatically. It is the subscription that is set up at the gateway that will send the money every month.
ThanksYes, that is correct. The subscription will not be set up correctly until the first invoice is paid, and therefore the subscription only starts running when the first invoice is paid.
ThanksHi Antonella, sorry for giving you the wrong answer at first, I learned something new today 🙂
I now adjusted your FontAwesome settings, and now you should see an X to delete items. Thanks
You can delete the invoice and create a new invoice.
You cannot delete items from an invoice.
ThanksI’ll get a developer to have a look at your question.
It may require some custom coding, or you could rename some of the existing fields if you do not need them all.Can you explain what a NIT number is, just in case the developer needs to know?
Thanks
