WPinvoicing cart addon purchase problem – Receipt could not be retrieved

    Hi support team,

    while purchase wpinvoicing addons I found some issues to be solved:

    1. I am unable to purchase after several addon items are added and a coupon code is used. While proceeding the purchase in one step. Getting a failure message. Somthing like this: Unable to proceed as only one item can be used for the purchase in recurring basis.
    2. After purchase one by one (not able to use reduction code twice) I am getting forward to paypal and then re-forward but not to “wpinvoicing purchase confirmation” further more to “GeoDirectory purchase confirmation” page. With the error message: Receipt could not be retrieved, your purchase session has expired. Therefore also no invoice has been displayed but is found in purchase history to manually download.

    Hello,

    which items are you trying to purchase, so we can try to recreate the issue on your site?
    Please tell us the steps to take and provide WP Admin and login url in a private reply.

    For clarification, subscriptions/recurring items can only be purchased one item at a time, and so they cannot be combined with either 1) other recurring items or 2) other non-recurring items.

    Hi Alex,

    The confirmation redirect it a failsafe we have in place if the payment session can’t be found, its url was harded coded, i have fixed this now, thanks for pointing it out.
