So we want to make the switch to Stripe recurring for our Geodirectory site. I have questions regarding rentals and email reminders.1. Listings with existing recurring subscriptions (authorize.net) will be set to expired status because of failed payment, correct? If so, will they receive the Expired Listing email?
2. Do all email reminders in Geodirectory still get sent to listings who are on recurring subscriptions? Or do they only receive an email receipt when the renewal payment is made?

I want to know if listings in these packages will receive expiry email reminders set in GD > User Emails. Or if they only receive an email receipt of the renewal payment. or both?
February 12, 2020 at 2:04 pm #4095Listings with recurring packages will not receive expiry email reminders. Listings status for recurring packages handled based on IPN notification from Payment Gateway site on cubscription cancelled or cycles are completed.
Yes, it will send email receipt for each renewal of payment.

Otherwise check the WPI menu options for a link to add to your menu to direct users to view their subscriptions. If the subscription can be cancelled by the user then there will be a cancel button.

To show subscription history list shortcode is [wpinv_subscriptions].
You can assign page to subscription history adding shortcode to page from Invoicing > Settings > General > Scroll to bottom Page Settings.

Error: Payment Intent creation failed while processing a payment.At first, I selected the only the api events listed in the docs. Then I tried enabling all events. But I get the same results either way.
So I’ve switch back to authorize.net now.

To check i need to make a one transaction with Stripe gateway. Please allow me to enable Stripe sandbox mode to make a test transaction.

I checked do some testing with invoice total of $50.0 & $0.05. Invoice was successful for $50.0 but for $0.05 it shows error that you mentioned.
I checked on my test site with similar transactions with total amount of $50.0 & $0.05 and it worked fine for both amount.
– Do you have any minimum amount set at Stripe?
– Go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/developers and check under API Version that most latest version of API is selected.Please provide us FTP credentials to do some more debugging to find exact cause of the issue.
