Hello guust,
I am using a bank transfer, but do not send me the confirmation email by this means of payment
When the client proceeds to pay, the mail does not arrive to the client or the administrator.

There is no possibility for your website to connect to your bank.
ThanksNovember 27, 2017 at 12:03 am #898ok, thanks for the reply
the process is the following
1. the customer registers a place, selecting the purchase plan.
2. The customer reviews the ad, and follows the cash to pay. At this moment an email arrives to the administrator of the site informing that a place is being published.
3. The customer generates an invoice, but an email is not generated confirming the preparation of the invoice neither to the client nor to the administrator of the site. This is what interests me, otherwise you should be aware of the billing area. How do I get an email informing the preparation of an invoice, as well as when registering a place.
Stay tuned

November 27, 2017 at 11:49 am #899Hi Edwin,
Normally it sends notifications to the admin/client on invoice confirmed(published).
Let use send admin credentials in a private reply, so we can test this from our end. Thanks,

I have added snippet under Snippets section to receive notification whenever new listing submitted. SO it will send notification to admin & user about invoice details.
Thanks,
KiranNovember 30, 2017 at 10:54 pm #926Good day,
Sorry for the delay,
Mail is already sent, but at the time of publishing the place, that is to say. I also need, when payment is made. that is, when the client has chosen the means of payment and given the details of the facura.
You also need to know where the emails are translated, they arrive in English and they must be in Spanish.
Thank you for your cooperation.
December 1, 2017 at 10:56 am #929Hello!
Do you mean you want to receive an email when the checkout submission process is complete?
And you would like to be able to have multi-language emails? or WPML copatibility? Those will be available in a future version.
You can change that text of existing emails to your language in the Notifications section of GD or Invoicing plugins.
If there is a specific email that you are receiving, please paste the content and subject line here and we can figure that out.
Thank you
December 1, 2017 at 4:57 pm #935The steps to publish an announcement in geodirectory are:
Add the place
Review the information
Confirm the information and go to check out (An email is generated informing the data of the place)
Place billing information:
Customer data for the invoice
the payment method
In addition, the billing details are displayed, such as the items and the total to be paid. The customer proceeds to pay (No mail is coming here, and this is where I need the mail to arrive). I need this because the payment method I had to send manually to the client.
Also, I need to translate the emails that arrive from billing, it is assumed that the emails were already translated. But they keep coming in English. I do not know where I should translate them. I use loco translate.
Thanks

December 1, 2017 at 7:07 pm #937Hello!
Yes, those will be in future versions of WP Invoicing.
We have internal tasks to work on them.
December 1, 2017 at 7:48 pm #938Good day
and the mail translation?
Thanks
Edwin
December 1, 2017 at 7:59 pm #939Those will be available in a future version.
December 2, 2017 at 12:02 am #940All current emails (not anything that will be added in the next version) are translated at
Invoicing > Settings > Emails tab > and select any email there.Or use the usual translation process: https://wpinvoicing.com/docs/translate-main-plugin/
Thanks
