we are very happy with WP invoicing and it works perfectly on desktop PCs, but sometimes the invoice is not shown to our customers via mobile browsers(android and apple) and it says “Shopping cart is empty”. Once we open the invoice on a desktop it works.
Can you please give us feedback if we missed a setting?
To open a new support ticket, first select the relevant forum and then click the "New Post" button. Example: You need support for the core plugin? Click on Core Plugin support and click on the "New Post" Button.
