Recurring Invoice Items

    If I set an invoice item for recurring using PayPal Standard, does the invoicing plugin act like a server, running on my web server to automatically initiate new PayPal charges every month? Or, does it create a PayPal subscription on PayPal?

    No, Paypal does that.
    If the subscription changes at Paypal, Paypal sends a notice back to Invoicing.
