quotes not being send

    Hi,

    It seems that quotes are not being send out when customer wants to claim their listing. i’ve checked with my hosting and I should be able to send emails from my site so we’ve determined it’s not a hosting problem.

    I’m able to resend it to them manually. Please take a look at this for me. It is a recent issue. Is there a way to send you my login info privately? I looked for it but I cant find it.

    Sorry. Bad communication on my part. What is not happening is…

    When a listing owner wants to claim their listing, after they input their information, the system will say? A link is sent to their email but they never get the email.

    It was working before. Just a week ago I notice it’s not sending the invoice/quote to be reviewed by the listing owner.

    I’ve been trying to figure it out but I’ve been unsuccessful. Attached is the message received after claiming a listing.

    Please try installing the email login plugin to see if the emails are being generated.

    Hi,

    I followed the steps you gave me. I created a new listing and followed the steps to test if emails are being created.

    Emails are being created upon listing success, and it is sent and received without issues.

    But emails are not created for claiming a listing according to my testing. I have called my hosting and they said it’s likely a developer issue.

    Please let me know what other steps I should take to resolve the issue.

    Hi Francis, you seem to be using an outdated database table schema. Try renaming the pid field of the wpoc_geodir_claim table to id

    Thank you,

    It is emailing the invoice now, but it gives option for listing partner to view and pay invoice without going into their email first. I would like them to go their first.

    I want the message that tells them an invoice has been sent to their email but remove the shopping cart next to it so they have to go their email to view it.

    You can use the filter

    geodir_claim_submit_success_message

    to return the success message you want.

    I’m sorry but do you have a document that can walk me through this? I won’t even know where to look.

    It was preset and it got change when we were trying to fix a different issue so I don’t even know where to put that code.
