Hi,

just created 2 quotes and send to clients (dummy clients for testing).

Although I have setup {quote_link} they are not resolving the URL correctly, instead the URL contains the path only (like /wpi_quote/quote-36058/), so the hotname / domain-name is missing!

Could you pls provide a solution about how to troubleshoot and resdolve this behaviour?

I have checked email settings “Invoices” but couldn’t find any solutiuon.

    Thank you and kind regards,
    Sascha

    Hello!

Are you talking about the Custom Quote email?

Here is the default Email Content:
Invoicing – Emails – Custom Emails

Hi {name},

We have provided you with our quote on {site_title}.

Click on the following link to view it online where you will be able to accept or decline the quote. View & Accept / Decline Quote

When I send myself a quote with the above I see the link as:
    https://network.com/site/wpi_quote/quote-232/?invoice_key=bde5bd67866db86255e17e52493276f1

Please make sure you are using the latest versions, then create a private reply with your site URL and W Admin and we will check this out for you.

If we can confirm the issue we may also need FTP in order to apply a solution, so you can include that if you have it.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    thank you for your reply.

    Your link shows
    “Forbidden
You are not authorized to access the requested resource.”
    😉

Yes, Custom Quotes Confirmation it is …

I have already solved by myself, a quick+dirty solution, where I have put the hostname in front of {quote_link} and now it’s working fine.

I will test later on another WP-installation and in case this bug occurs again I provide you with FTP-credentials.

    Cheers,
    Sascha

Although I’m a bit afraid, that with next plugin-update the quote-link issue may be fixed and I need to recheck. So would you mind to check from your side again if I provide you with FTP-Credentials?
