Hello, I am going through the process of testing the upgrade procedure and when I try to view or print my invoice, nothing loads. I’m unsure if it’s because of the current “test payment” setting. Please advise.

This only happens when I try to view an invoice that is “paid” through the “test payment” setting. If I try to view an unpaid invoice, I can load it.

    Thank you.

Please post URL and WP admin details and anything else relevant.
I am guessing you are referring to upgrading a GD listing?

I cannot replicate that on my test site.

    Thanks

We may have had a similar report from Steve but so far have been unable to verify it:

It could be a resource issue on the server.

We will look into it, thanks for your patience

Can you please guide us to a test listing where we can try this? Thanks.

If you log in to my test account, you can view my invoices there. If you click on the “Print” it won’t load. You’ll eventually get a 500 error.

Also from the dashboard as admin, if you look into the “Invoicing” plugin, you can try to view the invoices there and it won’t load either.

That is a recurring invoice, recurring does not work with Test Payment.
    Either try PayPal or non-recurring.
    Let us know.
    Thanks
