I’ve run into an error when attempting to checkout using the PayPal Standard gateway. When I click the “Proceed to PayPal” button I’m directed to the PayPal website and the error “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment, please try again.” is displayed on the screen.
I’ve double-checked I’m using the correct email address associated with the PayPal account and I’ve double-checked there are no illegal characters or extra spaces in the email address.
Am I missing a setting on the PayPal account, perhaps?
To open a new support ticket, first select the relevant forum and then click the "New Post" button. Example: You need support for the core plugin? Click on Core Plugin support and click on the "New Post" Button.
