We have the need to create invoices for GeoDirectory listings already created. If we put the listing in Draft mode, we can create an invoice for the listing. I purchased and installed the Cash on Delivery Payment Gateway but it is not available on checkout or when we try to manually go to the invoice and receive the payment.
It is enabled and set as the default payment gateway.
I don’t think the cash on delivery can work for digital listings.
Have you tried the bank transfer option?
I am not sure how to create invoices for existing listings, they should have had an invoice created when they were submitted.

We need more information about the issue. Can you please explain in detail or with a screenshot? What I understand is you create a listing and go to checkout for payment but don’t approve the listing. There on checkout, you are not getting COD option right? The COD payment method should come for all the currencies. If possible provide us the admin details in private reply so that we can troubleshoot the issue for you.
Automated recurring payments require a gateway that allows contracts to be set up for automatic payments from the customer’s account.
What you want is a non-recurring package that expires unless a renewal payment is made.
