Is there a way to change renewal date

    I have to setup several existing members and would like to setup their recurring payments but need to get their subscriptions matched up to their current renewal dates. How can I set the renewal for annual subscription to a specific date?

    Recurring pricing can only work if the customer agrees to a contract for regular payments from their account at the gateway. There is no possibility for you to change someone’s agreement with PayPal for example.
    The only solution would be for the user to cancel their existing subscription, wait for the listing to downgrade which will depend on the amount prepaid, and then upgrade their listing to get a new subscription working.
