European decimal system with 1.200,00 doesn´t work

In the options I set the decimal system for prices like 1.200,00 but in the checkout and the invoice it´s looks like american way (1,2000.00)

I tested and it seems to work fine, though this setting is not retroactive, it will only work for new invoices after the change.
