Hi,
For your information, You can’t use the invoicing items which are created as a package from the Geodirectory payment manager plugin. You can only use the items with type ‘standard’ and ‘fee’ for creating an invoice from the backend. Can you please send me following details in private reply so that I can create invoice programmatically?
– Paypal transaction ID
– Package price
– Date and time of invoiceOnce you will provide all above details, I will create an invoice by code and you can send it to your end user.

PatrikHi Steven!
Good to know that! Can I mark this as resolved?
Let me know if you have any other queries.

PatrikHi Steven,
I get too many redirects error on the site. If you have staging site then let me know the credentials in private reply so that we can check the things there instead of making changes directly on live site.

PatrikHi Steven,
You did not mention the FTP password in your private reply. Please provide us the FTP password so that we can have a look.
I am not able to check out on after adding a listing as it gives an error about too many redirects. Is it the same case on your side or you can see the checkout page?

PatrikHi Nyssa,
There are some unexpected behaviors on the checkout page and admin settings pages, for example, stripe gateway settings are not saved. I think it is due to the cache by hosting. Can you please disable the caching on staging so that we can find the issue and fix it. It seems issue due to the hosting and not the plugins.
Regards,
PatrikHi,
The issue is due to caching plugin WP Fastest Cache. So I have excluded the checkout page from the caching and it should work fine now.
Please review it and let me know how it works from your side.
Regards,
PatrikCan you please let me know the FTP details in private reply so that we can look more into this issue?
Regards,
PatrikYes, the link you have shared is of the invoice created for someone. So you should be logged in via admin user or the user for whom the invoice created to access it and pay.
Is this resolved your issue?
Regards,
PatrikHello,
I can access both the URLs from my chrome browser. My question is are you logged in as the correct user for whom the invoice has been generated? Or are you logged in as the admin user? I see that if I am not logged in as any user it shows cart empty and it is the default behaviour.
Let me know your inputs here.
Regards,
PatrikThe company name field is already there on the invoice add/edit page. See screenshot here https://wpinvoicing.com/docs/sending-your-first-invoice/
Let me know if you need more details on this.
Regards,
PatrikOk thanks for providing info. I see all the invoices are paid using the manual payment method.
How do you make payment for recurring items using manual payment method as it will not allow using the manual payment method for recurring items?
Can you let me know the steps you are following at checkout?
Hi,
I suggest you discuss the same issue with WPEngine technical team as they apply some MU changes on their server specific to WordPress sites so it can be the reason for this issue.
Also, Can you please tell me the other sites having the same issue are hosted on WPEngine or somewhere else?
We are trying to regenerate the issue and will let you know the fix as soon as possible.
Regards,
PatrikI can’t recreate the issue. It may be specific to your installation or theme you are using. Please provide us the admin and FTP details in private reply and we will look into it further.
Thanks,
Patrik -
