    1. GD > Settings > Emails tab > User Emails sub-tab > Show Advanced > Pre expiry reminders to user

    2. The business/listing address is often different from the user’s address, so there is no option for that.

    3. You mean when adding a listing? Or for the invoice?
    The default location is required for the GD listings, but for invoices, only the country will be pre-populated.

    Invoice payment reminders are not to same as listing expiry notices.

    You can set the “expire date” to “admin only”.
    It will be filled in when payment is made.

    You can add a notice to the checkout page or other page to state that unpaid listings are not published.

    All the listing pre-designed fields can be set to non-active.
    And they can be excluded from the GD price packages too.

    Stopping the trial will not stop the submissions being made, but they will go to “pending” again.
    That is how WP works, it is the submission that triggers the payment requirement, and payment will set it to “published”.

    Invoice reminders will be sent if they do not pay [depending on your Invoicing setup], so just leaving the submissions as pending allows for later payment.

    If you manually publish listings that have not completed payment details like credit card details, you are giving your listings away for free.

    The default is that listings with completed payment details are published automatically, so there is no need to review them.

    I don’t think that is possible.
    WooCommerce uses its own payment gateways setup.

    I guess you have installed and activated Gravity Forms first, before activating the Invoicing addon?

    Can you please check the username and password, they are not working.
    Make sure to set the UsersWP option to “Auto Approve and Auto Login” if you use the “Allow posting without logging in” option.
    UsersWP > Register > Registration Action

    You can change the address when creating the invoice.
    You will have to do that whenever you need to bill the other office.

    That is how it will work if you leave the listing to expire after a year [or downgrade to a free listing you have?] and make it non-recurring.
    An email will be sent, and an invoice too.
