Credit card data cannot be collected by you, it can only be collected by Stripe for your users’ security.
That is why the data is not entered into a form of your website, but a popup of Stripe.Thanks

Has Stripe setup been completed? Because a free listing gives you an invoice directly, so it seems to be a Stripe error.
