A tax invoice only needs to have your ABN on it, not the buyer’s ABN, and not their name.
But you can change the labels of any of the other fields if you like. Eg, ask ABN instead of phone number etc.I’ll get a developer to have a look too at your question how to add extra fields.
Thanks
I don’t think there should be any need for code changes.
What if your buyer is not a company but a sole trader or partnership? These are the settings I use in Australia:
1. Invoicing > Settings > General > Label texts > VAT Name > GST
2. Invoicing > Settings > Taxes > Tax Settings > Enable Taxes > YES
3. Invoicing > Settings > Taxes > Tax Rates > set to Australia – 10% – GST (Tax name)
4. Invoicing > Settings > Taxes > EU VAT Settings > Enable VAT Rules > YES
5. Invoicing > Settings > Taxes > EU VAT Settings > Prevent EU B2C Sales > YES
6. Invoicing > Settings > Taxes > EU VAT Settings > Disable VAT Fields > YES
7. Invoicing > Settings > Taxes > EU VAT Settings > VIES Validation > YES to all options
8. Invoicing > Settings > Taxes > Misc > Fields Settings > Make fields optional as requiredThanks

ThanksI’ll get a developer to have a closer look, it seems it may be because you are hosted at WordPress.com.
You are getting this error: ?v=2.0:6 WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403I guess you do not have FTP access?
Hi Angela, please post your URL and WP Admin details in a private reply and we will have a look for you.
ThanksSeptember 23, 2018 at 4:13 am in reply to: Are all WPInvoicing Core + Add Ons compatible with GDV2 plugins + GD v2 Theme #2111The Pricing Manager is not ready for V2 yet, but when that is ready, it will work with Invoicing, maybe a new version, maybe not.
ThanksHave a look at Invoicing > Settings > Misc tab > Require Login To Checkout
If that is set to NO, then the invoice links generated are like this:
…/wpi_invoice/inv-426/?invoice_key=d3853cfe4dd3ebb85ae7408848aafe72
So unless you have that URL, you cannot see the invoice. Using that setting, no login is required. Thanks
Invoicing > Settings > Payment Gateways tab > PayPal Standard > PayPal Sandbox > UN-TICK
Please see image.
ThanksHave a look at Invoicing > Settings > Payment Gateways tab > PayPal Standard > PayPal Sandbox > UN-TICK
Let us know. Thanks
It depends a bit about what you are wanting to test.
For PayPal, you will need a sandbox account at PayPal to test, but if you just want to see how it works, then setup PayPal, and add a listing from the frontend to see how you will get taken to PayPal to complete the submission.
If you want to test recurring, the simplest way is to create another PayPal account, or find someone with a PayPal account that can help. There is no way to test recurring PayPal fully without a sandbox account, or another PayPal account.I am guessing you are testing a recurring package with only the “Test Payment” option active, and that is why you get that message.
That option cannot be used for recurring packages. Thanks
That looks like a theme issue, the theme is taking over the Invoicing CSS.
To add the bottom bit, change Vorwort to the text you want.
I’ll ask one of the developers if there is a possibility to add something above the table. You can only add custom text to the label, so Vorwort should show on your invoices and quotes now. Clear all caches.
Ah, I see.
Because you said “above the items” and “below the items” I misunderstood, you meant above the list of invoices. To add other comments to all invoices, is to add text at Invoices > Settings > General tab > Label texts.
That applies for both invoices and quotes. You should be able to, just give it a go. Make sure to keep the shortcode.
