Please update all your plugins and WP first, and let us know if you still have a problem then.
Also, give us then the URL of the page where we can buy this item.

ThanksNovember 22, 2018 at 12:10 pm in reply to: Error: Validation failed (count must be greater than 0) #2332Recurring needs to be at least once.
If you just want to sell something for a one-off payment, then you should not select recurring. Thanks
I cannot replicate that on my test site. Please post your URL and WP Admin and FTP details so we can investigate.

The trigger to add the renew link to the website and the trigger to send the first renew email is the same one, so if the renew link pops up 29 days before expiry, then the email will be sent at the same time.
The difference between the 30 days set and the 29 days in your test, is probably just because of some time settings.Users cannot renew before the expiry notice, only upgrade.
If they upgrade and you want to give them extra days from their old package, then you can do that manually. Thanks

ThanksI am not very familiar with 2CO at all. Stripe and PayPal are the most common ones, but not sure you use these in South Africa.
2CO is available in Africa, and should support recurring packages too. Thanks
That is not how https://wpinvoicing.com/your-account/ looks, please see the image. Did you click on the link I gave?
Hi Sacha, is that the same license as at https://wpinvoicing.com/your-account/ ?
Thanks
To add an extra description, use the excerpt of the item:
Invoicing > Items > Edit or create an item.
See image 1.If you want more than one item, add the same item again, see image 2.
Thanks
Is there a setting that will unpublish the listing if the invoice isn’t paid with a given time frame?
The GD Pricing Manager has a setting “Enable expiry process?”.
Every price package has a setting to “Expire, Downgrade to”.Also, If they had made payment, they would’ve lost 5 days. Is that proper?
That would not happen with recurring packages, but that is indeed how it works for the moment.
You can delay sending expiry notices by changing the timing in the GD Pricing Manager Notifications.
I think that in the new GD Pricing Manager version, this behavior may be changing.I will get the developers to confirm my answer. Thanks
