    Paypal will show a $0 item for the creating of the recurring package with a note “created”, and the $159 should be a separate transaction on the same day with a note “completed”.

    I did a test and cannot find a problem …

    You do not have any active gateways set up:
    Invoicing > Settings > Gateways.

    Cities will never load, it is a free text field.
    When selecting Canada, the provinces will load.
    But you have to wait until the page is fully loaded, and that depends on your server.

    I am not sure what you mean with “customer is unable to select the city”.
    City is a free text field.

    I had no trouble changing country to Canada and selecting a different province and add a city.
    It went OK to the payment gateways too.

    I did turn off one of your caching plugins, you should only use one.

    Recurring packages need to be activated by a user in the chosen payment gateway.

    1. Delete all your test invoices.
    Then go to Invoicing > Settings > Misc tab >
    Sequential Invoice Numbers > Yes
    Sequential Starting Number > 1

    2. Payment can only be successful if an invoice was generated as part of the listing submission process.
    Once a payment was successful, you should not modify any invoice generated. At any rate, the invoice number cannot be changed after successful listing submission, regardless of payment.
