We have reached Stripe and this is their answer :
“I did a dive into the sources, and found that the charges were not picking up CVC codes or addresses. This could be a potential error on the website, maybe the plug-in, or the person putting in the card is not actually putting in their CVC code.
Let’s get a hold of that plug-in manager and see if they can provide some insight on this. If they push back, feel free to add their email to this thread, and I can set them straight.”
