Other folks are using Invoicing as is.

the developers have added a task to look into adding this to future versions. There isn’t a quick workaround at the moment.
We have added this topic so you will get updates on progress.
Looks to be a bug, the developers will take a look.

Please share site info so we can check the settings.
Try this setting:
Invoicing – Settings – Misc – Field Settings – Force show company name at checkout.
Please try installing the email login plugin to see if the emails are being generated.
If they are being created, review your options on this page and escalate the issue to your host if required:

Invoices are not created in the site for recurring subscription billings.

Perhaps something has happened to the administrator role, also?
Normal users are prohibited from seeing the invoices of other users.If we need to check the settings please write back with credential info in a private reply.
Not at this time, but we have plans to create one. I will ask the developers if there is an update about that.
If you could, please share FTP credentials so the developers can look into this issue further.
