A recurring payment contract is setup by the customer with a gateway. They authorize the gateway to make a recurring billing charge. So, it is not possible to do that as the admin, it requires the customer to take action.
About the sending, you want to do something with GeoDirectory listing subscriptions?
Disable it in the gateways settings page.

Since there isn’t an option right now it would require your own customization.
That can happen when you are trying to use a live card in test mode.
You must use test cards in the test mode to test the payment and the flow. Once you are done with the testing then you can make it live by disabling the setting from Invoicing->Settings->Payment Gateways->Stripe->Enable Test Mode.
Make sure you fill in all the card details. Failing to provide CVV will also cause an error.
Also, is your site in maintenance mode? If so, have you tried without?

There is a setting to have the company name, have you tried that?
There isn’t a setting or option to show or hide based on the item, but I will check with the developers in case there is a workaround.
