Hello,
Make sure you haven’t set login to be required and then tried to view another user’s quote or invoice.
If that isn’t the issue you can share WP Admin and Login URL in a private reply and we can take a look at your settings.
Please do make sure to share the steps you are taking to create the invoice/quote so we can recreate the issue.
Maybe the settings in the screenshot meet your need?
Excellent!
The customer facing subscription management interface is available at:
wpi-checkout/wpinv-subscriptions/
This link is available in the WordPress menus to add to your site’s menu.
If the user has active subscriptions, they can be cancelled there, if the functionality is available for the gateway the customer is using.
Currently, cancelling through this interface is only possible with Authorize.net.
However, adding additional subscription management options for all the recurring billing gateways that allow it is one of the very next features that will be added to Invoicing as soon as the developers can make it the priority.
Hello,
Pending means that it has not yet been paid.
And you are saying that there is not yet a record of the payment with the gateway?
That makes sense, doesn’t it? You can tell the customer then that they should try payment again because it failed the last time.
Have you already tested the gateway with test keys?
October 25, 2018 at 9:08 am in reply to: Canceled payments do not reflect in Invoice for customer #2278Hello,
we will need some more information to look into this.
Please share the URL for the invoice that had the issue.
Is this a recurring or non-recurring item?
Was the payment cancelled, or the subscription?
If it was a payment that was cancelled, was it the main payment or a renewal?October 22, 2018 at 5:15 pm in reply to: Canceled payments do not reflect in Invoice for customer #2256Hi Larry,
Do you have a staging site where we can test that with your papypal sandbox account?
Please provide WP Admin and site URL and we will take a look.
{first_name} works on my test site. Make sure the customer really has a first name set.
If that isn’t it, please send over WP Admin credentials in a private reply along with login URL so we can check it out.
Yes, he was checking the renewals to check on the renewal dates. Upgrading starts a new product/subscription and the days leftover do not carryover.
Enabling end users/customers to cancel their subscriptions through the site is an important feature that we have on the drawing board but have not yet implemented. Part of the problem is that not all gateways support this type of interaction, and then those that do have made some changes to the way it takes place. We are working on a way that can present a unified interaction for users to keep their experience of the process flow simple. We will post back here once work on this is undertaken.
Currently some functionality has been added. You can allow your users to manage some subscriptions at the following link, which you can add to your menu system: mysite.com/wpi-checkout/wpinv-subscriptions/
Check that and let us know how it goes.
This reply has been marked as private.Hello,
this is the first time it has been requested to my knowledge. We always have new gateways in development, and we build them based on member demand.
If you are in a hurry here are instructions for creating a gateway:

Do you use Amazon pay on other sites now?
October 5, 2018 at 2:58 pm in reply to: WordPress Sends Account Registration Email with Invoice #2166Hello,
You can add a link to your menu to “Manage Invoices”. The invoice will not be in the cart, but will be in the users list of invoices.
To add the menu item you can look for the WP Invoicing options in the WP menu settings at
WordPress – Appearance – Menus
