The options available from Inside the Invoicing plugin can be found in the menu management page.
Go to
WP – Appearance – Menus
Uset he screen options at the top of the screen to make sure “Invoicing” options are displayed.
You will then see options for Invoicing Pages, one of which is Invoice Subscriptions Page.
Other subscription management actions not included in that page must be undertaken by the subscription owner at the actual gateway. Paypal for example has options for subscirption management.

There is a checkbox just before the submit button “Set as private reply (only visible to staff and the post author)”
That’s not possible at this time with a built in option, it would require a customization.

Not at this time, but I will flag your question for the developers in case there is a workaround.
The email is the one you use to login to paypal. Paypal has a screen for managing emails, so, you can use any of the verified emails listed on that page, of which your primary login email is one. It really is that simple.

Have you already added a menu item to link to the User’s profile where they can manage listings?
Are you using UsersWP to display listings and invoices?
