    1)

    Free listing submitted without invoice.
    Ex: I have listing running with package A and have 30 days, then i followed upgrade listing > selected free package B > Review Listing > Submitted.
    Now my listing is active & running with package B.
    Let me know what you expected.

    Hi, i expected some way the listing to be re-published as free listing if the customer changes mind during checkout process and wants to cancel. And actually it was a little bit incomprehensible at all for me that the listing is saved as draft meanwhile between free listing and paid listing status, but you probably have your reasons for that so thanks for clarifying this for me.

    2) At the moment when listing moves from Draft to Publish or Pending to Publish, it sends 2 messages to user, one with subject “Upgrade of listing ID#” and another with subject “Listing Published Successfully”. I did not find the place to disable either one of those. Please consider adding possibility to disable at least one of them(or even better both of them, because customer gets also third email with invoice) in the future.

    3) Please see the attachment. I have unchecked name and address fields as mandatory fields but during checkout, it still asks them to be filled. Is it a bug?

    Hi again,

    is the reason why it saves the listing as “draft” while pending payment to postpone the listing-added date and to bring it in front of older listings on category page and widgets?

    Every time the listing is upgraded to paid listing, system re-sends the “Listing published email” to user again. I think it is not possible to send “Listing published email” only if listing published first time and skip if upgraded the package (because the listing is saved as draft while pending payment)? If im correct, then how can i stop wordpress/geodirectory sending “Listing published email”-s at all?

    Hi

    Nothing if the site does not have free geodirectory listing packages.

    But if the site also has free packages then even if the customer goes back, changes the package on add-listing page back to free listing, it still shows the listing with status “wpi-pending” and as draft post. So to enable free package again someone has to change from draft to published on back-end.
