    Hi,

Hoping you guys might be able to help.

A while ago I messed up the “customer name” that displays for my admin account on the invoices page (mywebsite/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpi_invoice). for info, this is on a Geodirectory website.

I can’t remember the exact circumstances so you’ll have to bear with me. For some reason I had assigned ownership of a customer’s listing to my admin account. I wanted to send the invoice to them so I changed the customer name etc on the invoice to the customers’ (whilst it was still owned by me) and sent the invoice.

However, ever since then, if I add a listing using my admin account the customer name on the invoicing page is incorrect (i.e. it shows as this particular customers). I had a good old hunt around but can’t find any way of resolving this. I had hoped there would be some way of fixing this on the database but I haven’t figured out where this would be held.

For info, my admin user account details are all correct on mywebsite/wp-admin/users.php and when clicking on the customer name on mywebsite/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpi_invoice it correctly goes to mywebsite/wp-admin/profile.php

hope the above makes sense. 🙂

If you need any access info let me know.

    Cheers,
    Mark

Change the particular names shown to new names.
The system remembers what name was used before until you change it again.
    Let us know. Thanks

    Hi Guust,

Do you mean to change it on the invoice or on the user profile? And once it is changed can I change it day again to the original name?

    When preparing the invoice.
    You can change it anytime.
    Thanks
