"Quotes Add-on" Problems (2 Separate Issues)

As stated in the Topic Title, I’m having two separate issues with the Quotes add-on plugin that I hope you can address without too much trouble.

Issue #1: The button link in the quote emails repeatedly take me to an Error 404 page; it appears to be providing a link to nowhere. The core invoice plugin button link is working fine, so I’m not sure why the Quotes add-on is not working properly.

Issue #2: I’m having an annoying problem with the “note” feature. When I place a note for the customer using the note feature, even when I create the note at the same time as the invoice, this feature will send a separate email to the customer to notify them of the note. Therefore, the customer will receive two emails: one that notifies the customer of the note (that does not include a link to the quote invoice within the email), and then another email that notifies the customer of the quote that does include a link to the quote invoice. So, it would be nice to prevent this note feature from sending an automatic email whenever a note is created at the same time as the rest of the quote invoice.
