    Hello!

    -Where is the box to enter the VAT number activated during the payment process?.

    -Can be configured so that it does not automatically detect VIES?.

    I can not find the option, I post in invoices.

    You already have the option to enter the VAT number, thank you very much !.

    Now how do I get these two things ?:

    1.-The problem now is that I need the validation to be automatic by default (even if it is erroneous according to VIES), without needing to press the button.

    2.-I also need to be able to go to the payment without entering any data in the VAT number.

    Could you tell me which document I should revise?

    Before writing I have reviewed the documentation and the only thing I associate with what I ask are the options of the attached image, and it does not work, it is still a required field …

    I have continued to do tests in GD, now I do not see the box to enter the number of I.V.A. have you changed anything?

    Is there a bug in the program?

    I need:

    1.- to display the box to enter the number of I.V.A ..

    Hi Vlad,

    I note that your IP location is Australia, the vat info will not appear unless you are in the EU. I just tested (from the EU) and it works as expected. If you need to test then i suggest you use something like tunnelbear (free VPN chrome addon) that will let you test from other countries.

    Hi Vlad,

    The problem has been fixed, actually for free trial it was hiding the VAT fields on first load.
    Now we have fixed this issue and updated on your site as well.
