    Hi Gusst,

Your setting at GD > Settings > Show Advanced > Allow posting without logging in? is set to YES.

Yes, weve set it like this because we want to combine the registration + adding a listing in 1 page.

userwp has an issue that’s why we have disabled it. but now its enabled again and still the issue is there? its wpi-checkout so most likely its an invoicing issue?

    1. go to the site and click on add a listing
    2. select any of the paid packages from the pricing page
    3. fillup the form/business listing form
    4. checkout, fill out the billing form then this is where the error occurs when we hit the submit/pay to paypal button “Error: The user billing information is invalid”

    note:
    1. checkout only works when logged in

    2. setting at GD > Settings > Show Advanced > Allow posting without logging in? is set to YES.

Yes, weve set it like this because we want to combine the registration + adding a listing in 1 page. we want to make the adding a listing easier for users

    3. in invoicing settings > misc > i have the “Require Login To Checkout” disabled

    Hope this information is sufficient

    Hi,

The issue is because the invoice requires a user ID and when you create listing without login and checkout then it doesn’t get the user ID so it is giving an error. To assign a user ID to invoice one should be logged in while checkout or we need to assign user id when the user is assigned to the listing. We are looking for the solution on this and will fix it asap.

    Regards,
    Patrik

    Hi,

I have applied some solution on your live site as well as on the staging site. Can you please check on live site if it works properly or not?

    Regards,
    Patrik
