Sagepay problem in the UK

    I wrote sometime ago about the State field causing a problem with Sagepay. It seems I haven’t solved the issue. State is not required by sagepay, however if it’s supplied it needs to be only 2 characters, if it doesn’t meet the criteria sagepay throws an error. Ideally I would like to take both state and country out of the checkout altogether so that no matter what a customer may populate the field with it always sends a UK country code and ‘nothing’ for the state field. How can I go about this?

    I made a change on your website now all payments won’t send the state to SagePay. We’re soon releasing a permanent fix for this.
