Sagepay problem in the UK

    When I send a payment though to Sagepay in the UK, I get a form registration error (error 5080).

    After speaking to Sagepay support this is due to one of the fields in the checkout form, ‘State’ should only be submitted if the transaction is send from the USA. unfortunately the field ‘State’ required and so I can’t submit the form without filling it in. Is there a workaround for this?

    You can make the field not required at
    Invoicing > Settings > Misc tab > Fields.

    Let us know if that solves the issue.

    Thank you! That helps loads. I think I will do somthing to just ensure UK is passed as the country and that way I can hide the ‘State’ field, annoyingly if something other than a 2 letter state code is in that box, sagepay freaks out!
