Payment Confirmation not showing

    I tried bank wire payment and I notes no payment confirmation showing “Sorry, trouble retrieving payment receipt.” and Subscriptions History showing nothing even when I approve the payment from admin area.
    When try Paypal sandbox, Subscriptions History show but payment confirmation keep showing “Sorry, trouble retrieving payment receipt.”

    Please help

    Please post your URL and WP admin details of your site in a private reply so we can review your settings.
    Do you have a PayPal Sandbox account? The Sandbox only works if you have a special PayPal Sandbox developer account.

    I tested the PayPal settings and all works as expected using a live setup. Maybe you do not have a valid sandbox account: https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accounts/

    Your packages are one-off packages, they are not recurring, so there are no subscriptions.

    The receipt page only works as part of the submission process.
    Invoices for a user are at http://pinjoor.com/profile/USERNAME/invoices/
