Customers having trouble paying invoices, when they click on the Pay Invoice button within the viewed invoice it returns the following:
    Checkout
    Your Cart is Empty

    Running WP5.0.3
I have tried the usual process of elimination routines such as turning off the other plugins, recreated the Checkout page and shortcode, saved the PayPal standard settings, including my PayPal email address.

    Hoping you can help.

    Hello Ian,

It could be PHP session support issue. Please try this solution https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/price-package-problem/#post-462669

It that solution not works then provide us FPT credentials to look into more.

    Kiran,
Adding that temporary fix appears to work.

    Glad to hear that 🙂

Please ask you server admin to check and enabled PHP session support.

    Thanks,
    Kiran
