    Hi, I would like to add my items that are listed from checklist in ninja form since the have prices and also add the total when an invoice/quote is created.

    How so how do I go about doing that, please assist

    Hi,

    Using our add on, you have to create your products as invoice items from menu Invoicing->Items. Then you need to add a hidden field in the ninja form and use item ids as a value of the hidden field. If you want multiple items to be added then you should add pipe(|) separated ids of the items. For example, 101|102|103. You will get item ids from the ‘ID’ column in Invoicing->Items. You need to then map this hidden field to the Items field you will get in Create Invoice or Quote action found in Email & Action tab of ninja form.

    Hi, I’ve tied it . or maybe they’re something that I might not be doing right. Basically my form has prices/value depending on which checklist the user chooses and they vary depending on what the user chooses.

    The summary would be something like this:
    EB – Electrical Engineering Works – Building,CE – Civil Engineering one R 1,350.00
    I Would like Ideal Business to register the CSD on my behalf No R 0.00
    Total Due: R 1,350.00
    _________________________________________
    Eb = R450 ID:6316
    CE = R450 ID:6315
    Admin = R450
    Total Due: R 1,350.00
    _________________________________________
    I’ve added a hidden filed 6316|6315|6314 so that it’ll display whatever checklist the user selects from the 3 above, but when i test it, it shows Eb = R450 ID:6316 & Total R450.00

    Hi,

    The thing you want requires customization. We do provide only pre added items to be added to invoice/quote on form submission. All the items added to the hidden field will be added to invoice/quote on form submission. If you want to get only those items which are selected from the checklist then you can do with javascript custom code. We don’t provide support for customization here. You can hire a developer who can do this easily.
