Invalid Email Address/Missing Stripe Token

    It seems like another user also had this issue, but most of the replies are private. I believe we have everything set up right, but when we run through a test invoice, we first get an error that says “Invalid Email Address”, but if we hit submit again, we get another error that says “Missing Stripe Token”. Since this has been an issue with other users, I assume there is a simple solution. Thanks!

    This worked for the most part. Most payments are going through now, but if a user saves a card, and then tries to use it on a later invoice, it still gives the “missing Stripe token” error. I know we can always disable that feature, but we would like people to be able to use it for ease of multiple purchases.

    Do you have a staging site setup where we can debug the issue?

    We don’t have a staging site set up. We’re adding GeoDirectory, Invoicing, and UsersWP onto an already live site that is pretty sizeable. So far we are just keeping the GD pages off the menu and that has been fine, but we don’t have a staging site for it. Do you still want access even though it isn’t in staging?

    I can create a different topic for this if need be, but we are also having the issue where the invoice will freeze if you input a coupon code. It is generally fine if you don’t, but coupons cause it to go haywire.
